Bad experience in both service and product. Went there two weeks ago and waited for more than 20 minutes for one deep dish pizza.........because they had none prepared at 5pm on a Monday. Went back today (Friday) at 4:15 pm. Just needed one deep dish........had to wait for 20 minutes again in a store that was like a sardine can full of people. This store does not pick up their phone, so you can't call ahead and tell them to start a deep dish. The deep dish we got for our trouble was all sauce, with lots of garlic, and nearly no cheese. It was mediocre at best. We aren't always happy with other pizza chains, but we might need to pay a little more for better service and a better product.
