We went for brunch at about 10:45 on a Sunday. Surprisingly, we had a short, maybe 15 min wait. The food was good and there was hardly anyone getting crab legs, so I got my fill. (This makes up for a terrible experience two years ago, where I waited two hours to get in to brunch, and the server refused to replenish the crab legs.)
The best part is the crepe station, where the very friendly cook makes delicious stuffed crepes to order. YUM!
The only drawback is that they seem to be understaffed, and the wait for drinks and to have plates removed, takes forever. All in all,
I will definitely go back, and I now prefer this buffet to the one at Bellagio.
