I would give them a 4 or 5 if they could ever make a pizza in time or correct. Once you get it if it's right it's great. But I have been here over a dozen times and every time I order ahead and come to pick it up rather it be online or talking to someone in the phone they mess up my order. It's not hard large pizza half pepperoni half cheese. If they don't mess it up then they say it will be ready in 20 mins and you get they 30 mins leather and they haven't even started your pizza. So you have to wait another 20-30 mins what's the point of having online ordering or even calling it in. They need to know their times and how long it take to make things and just make it right. Seriously 12-15 times here and I might say maybe just maybe only once has my order been right but that was only because I came in and placed the order in the actual restaurant.
