I was a loyal customer of this store for many years buying in excess of 7 figures in lifetime purchases and previously providing a 5 star review. In the past two years the focus has shifted from insuring repeat business and happy customers to one off individual wins with less if any follow up care. This is clear on the sales leadership front, but also in service where it seems the business is not funding resources necessary to provide the world-class service they did in many years past - volume exceeds capacity. If you are comfortable with dealing in this manner, with a "volume superstore" then you may not be as concerned or affected.
