I fired AT&T because the could not provide adequate wireless access (internet) for my devices. My only other option in my new home in Lake Wylie, SC was Comporium. Unfortunately, after a year and numerous attempts to increase my wireless coverage - they replaced my dual modem/router twice and increased my speed. NEITHER improved my wireless coverage!
From a technician who was in our neighborhood to install fiber-optic lines, I was informed of the solution which had NEVER BEEN SUGGESTED BY ANYONE ELSE! I am appalled that this simple solution had not been suggested when I first complained (or anybody the additional calls on the same issue).
Obviously their staff in uneducated since their technicians were unable to resolve this sooner! I bought the necessary equipment then called Comporium tech support and told them what I needed.
I'm paying for internet which is synonymous with WIRELESS. Today when I called to voice my dissatisfaction with their LACK OF support, I was told that they provide internet, "wireless is an additional free service"! REALLY? Ludicrous comment!
