I loved Michael's for its selection and frequent coupons... Until yesterday when I saw the manager arguing with an older couple at the front door for more than 30 minutes because she "needs proof that your dog is a service dog to enter the store." I suppose your ignorantly promoted ars didn't recognize the "service dog" ballistic vest on the dog, or the various medical equipment hanging from the owners belts. Service dogs aren't just for the visually impaired, but clearly your store is too discriminatory for me. By the way, it is illegal to require any individual to disclose their disability for any reason. I hope that couple sues you and wins!
