Been a T-mobile customer for over 10 years and we've never had an issue until we came to this location on Black Friday 2016.
Whoever attended us messed up whatever paperwork and it has become an issue that to this date, more than a year later, it hasn't been solved... many back and forth calls to customer service.. hours wasted being on hold for an issue that should have never happened. We've been advised to be careful next time we buy a phone through a store. That we have to make sure that they do their job of sending the promo code or else we would never get the deal and end up paying full price. Anyway. One line has been dealt with and will have to do more calls to fix the other line.
Will not recommend coming to this store.
