The salon recently renovated so it's a huge space with plenty of chairs, however, the staff could use some additional training. My technician, Theresa, allowed the tub to overflow onto my shoes and the floor; I'm not exactly sure how that happened. Then she had no idea what the "luxury" pedicure components were - she had to ask her coworker. She also didn't exactly know how to trim and file my nails. She went back to trim them 3 separate times. I appreciate she noticed an issue but usually it doesn't take that much time. She also took a personal call during my service. I found this to be quite unprofessional. I've been to this salon several times and usually have a decent experience so I hope they make sure to train all new staff so they can maintain a positive reputation.
