I used to get my nails done here but have since moved on -- like a lot of the other reviews say, it's a very busy environment and so it isn't a relaxing experience AT ALL. I stopped going when I went in to have my regular mani/pedi and also wanted to have my legs waxed and armpits-- they told me they would to the waxing after, which they did and I ended up completely raw. The woman who did it seemed very inexperienced and had to call someone else in to help her get the gobs of wax on that she had clearly over-applied and was burning my skin. I have had a lot of waxing done and I have never had such a negative experience before or since.
Pros: clean, good nail work
Cons: weird starting and laughing(as mentioned in other reviews)- not something I have experienced at other nail salons, services+wait time is just too long- just not cheap enough for the wait.
