I will be referring to a couple of visits that Jeremy coordinated for my car (Kia forte 2012) maintenance here. I really appreciate the transparency of the service with him which not all the other service advisors have. I love that he gave me like a 5000 mile warning on when my front brake pads will need replacing, as opposed to me being surprised when I had to pay 500$ when I was just hoping to do an oil change a few months back (my rear brake pads and motors were replaced). I think all service advisors should hand out that check list with the vehicle condition, at each service. I feel like I never receive that. Jeremy Jackson and Drew Ackmann were the only ones who gave me that handout so I had a record of everything that was checked on my car during the visit even though I may not have gotten charged for it. My car remote is still having problems unlocking the car, so I will see Jeremy in the next month to ask him to reprogram both the main remote and a replacement OEM I got on amazon for the great price of 30$.
