Originally called Empire "just for a quote", well Anthony came out (an hour early, much appreciated). No pressure, he talks with us about needs & wants, took measurements and then we looked at samples. Of course I picked (without knowing) the most expensive stuff. He gave us our estimate & we said thanks. He said, now if you go with us today I can off you xx discount if you put 10% down. It was such a discount we put the 10% down and went shopping. We looked at exact same carpet, padding, demo, install, stairs & moving furniture. Empire was $$$ less!!
Day of install, they called us an hour before. The installers were awesome. They worked their a$$ off! They were there at 9 and left after 4 basically non stop (by there choice). They cleaned up after themselves.
