Understaffed and dirty. I couldn't find what I needed and when I asked for help, I was sent down an aisle and the associate walked away briskly. When I asked customer service for help, they referred me to the same associate and said there was no one else. No thanks! We left our stuff on the counter and walked out. We will stick with Hobby Lobby. Disappointed in this Michaels. I have been coming here for years and it's gone downhill.
