I never write reviews, but I've used a number of different garage door companies in the past twenty years, and this was my best experience ever. Also, my last two experiences with other companies in the Phoenix area were terrible.
In this case, the technician, Joey, responded the same day to my home warranty service request and set up an appointment the very next day. He was on time and even texted me when he was on his way. He diagnosed the issue immediately, tried to replace a part, but the opener still didn't work. So, he received quick approval to replace the entire unit. Joey explained the options with expertise and immediately replaced the unit. He could not have been nicer or more knowledgable. I'm thrilled my home owners insurance company uses Advanced. This is the only company I'll ever use in Scottsdale.
