Three calls to Lowe's. Transferred 10 times, 15 minutes on hold. No joke. Guess this is what you get for only spending $16000 on windows and doors. Oh....and I have not spoken yet to anyone who can help! By the way, we recommend you check any windows or doors you order as soon as they arrive. Lowe's had ours for weeks before the scheduled install, and apparently never inspected them. So...installers call the morning of install and tell us they can not pick up the damaged window until we view and approve. What?!? Now the window has to be reordered, setting back our remodel schedule and costing us $$$$. Oh...and once you spend the money, don't count on reliable service. Our general contractor could not get a call back, and neither can we. Never again! 7/7/16 Upgrading to 3 stars as Acting Store Manager Chuck stepped in and salvaged the relationship and made things right. As an overall evaluation, Lowe's failed here on my project, but they owned it and fixed it. Thank you Chuck.
