Have been a patient of Drs McKenna and Richardson. Wait time was absolutely awful. I walked in for one appointment and Dr McKenna was running 90 minutes late. It was more like 1 hour and 30 minutes. I refused to pay my copay which didn't go over very well. My time is just as important as his. I wanted to reschedule but couldn't get an appointment for over two weeks Dr Richardson was not helpful with my sinus issue. I have found another doctor who I feel really cares. Between the staff treatment of patients and the wait time I would actually give this practice no stars.
