Rob came back to our house for the 2nd time and did a really great job. He is the best. He was able to get the smell out of a rug that another company had already cleaned and failed at. He really gets the dirt out. He also did an extremely thorough job on our large sectional, beat up by 2 dogs (one is a puppy). We love the sofa and now it looks brand new again. I can see why he has so many positive reviews.
