I have a mini split system that I requested service for. I made sure to be clear that it is a Mini split system on the request for service. Fernando said that he just read his notes in his van when parked in front of my house and he noticed then that he will be working on a Mini Split System. He explained to me that Comfortable Living AC & Heating does not service or work on Mini Split systems.
Comfortable Living AC & Heating needs to read notes before sending their technicians out to the customers.
