The bakeries are not fresh. This is my second time to go to this place. Last time I tried their egg tarts, it was good. This time, horrible. The crust is so hard to chew on. I felt like I really needed metal teeth for it. I wondered why it was so different so my boyfriend talked to them nicely and friendly. However, the waitress in the store insisted that it was fresh and it was supposed to be like this. This was fine because she didn't charge us the ones that I didn't eat. I said sorry for this. However, her attitude was really bad and she threw away the rest of the egg tarts into the garbage bin, right in front of my boyfriend! This is just too rude. I will never come to this place again. Again, the bakeries are not fresh and the service is bad.
