Customer service is everything to me. I will pay top dollar for just about anything if the service is there. Unfortunately Super Cuts didn't wow me. I have been bringing my son here for 2 years and normally have decent service, not today. We walk in, no hello, no we will be right with you, nothing. One of the stylists walks up, I tell her what I would like and she tells me it will be a 35/45 minute wait as there is a cut/style and 2 other cuts ahead. I look around and see two people, and say ok. Not once did the stylist try to save my business by offering a solution such as, "can we put you down for later or tomorrow?", "would 12 tomorrow work for you since we close in an hour?" Nothing!!! Where has service gone too? Is it to much to ask for, is my business that inconvenient? Needless to say I will never go back and would rather pay $30 for a haircut from someone who actually wants my business.
