I'm writing on your nutrition assistance page to tell you your system sucks!!!
i've just spent the last week and a half trying to verify information for yearly change and now Your entity refuses to pick up the phone for verification purposes I think this is Uncalled for And since im not able to drive My local Economic center for FOOD STAMPS wont allow me to come in because I don't have dependents i feel this is screwed up Your business centers refuses work anymore with Non dependant people with disabilities without children and wants me to FIX their F ** up from two years go This If Totally uncalled for if to GET A HOLD OF someone Id HAVE To BE up at the CRACK of dawn MORE fucked UP and all i am doing IS VERIFYING information I think its Unethical that Im like others Below poverty level and Your Employees refuse to do Their Jobs Ive clalled at the appropriate time frame and STILL NOTHING If I AM going to FINISH MY END IT'LL GOING TO BE BETWEEN 9AM AND 11 AM NOT THE CRACK OF DAWN SO FOR OTHERS EITHER PICK UP THE PHONE BETWEEN 9AM & 1200 OR TELL THEM TO VERIFY BY MAIL BECAUSE THIS GETTING UP7AM IS CRAP FOR FOOD AND MEDICAL STATUS VERIFACTION I am putting this on facebook & on here so others WONT get your SORRY WE refuse to help Without a damn good reason .... Maybe JUST MAYBE Your entity WILL PICK UP THE PHONE Between 9am & 1pm NOT A HAPPY HAPPY ADULT from your NOT WANTING TO HELP STATUS FYUI On food Stamps for a REASON And Verifying Because its APART OF THE RULES SO If YOUR COMPANY WONT Follow WHy Shouudl the REST OF US!!!! My Verifying Will be Between 9am & 2pm Not this 7AM BS CRAP
