Me and my sister were treated very unfairly by the security last night. We were at the magic mike show for our friends bachelorette party, and my sister was drinking and just sitting on the couch closing her eyes. I was giving her water and checking on her she just needed a second. Then next thing you know she was picked up by 3 security guards and they said she was caught falling asleep 4 times. I was trying to explain to them that she was just trying to sober up. They would not negotiate with us. I wasn't arguing I was just trying to explain in the nicest way possible. I was just trying to get us to stay with our group. Then three more came and started grabbing me. And decided to take us both out of the show. I was telling them to let me go and I would gladly leave on my own. They had 7 security guards on me and my sister. They were grabbing us very hard, and dragging us on the floor. I have bruises all over my body. My sister and I are very disappointed with this treatment. We were born and raised in Vegas and have never witnessed customer service like this. The worst part is we were just trying to have a fun night and they kicked a drunk person out instead of letting her sober up. She wasn't acting out of control, literally just sitting on the couch closing her eyes.. this is disgusting to me. I am a manager at my job and I also worked at the Luxor and this is not how you treat people.They were treating us so poorly. I will take legal action because I have proof. Just want people to be warned, this is not the first time I've heard or witnessed the security being out of hand either.
