This is a new theatre that's located on the lower level of a condo... interesting choice of location, but they're a supporter of local talent and arts. My friend and I came here to see the A&R Angels show (featuring Ben from Billy Talent and Kevin from Broken Social Scene). The theatre is a good size, with a bar attached to it and you can even have drinks with you inside. It's pretty brand new... there's not much of a "box office" per se -- it's just a small desk that says "Ticket Pick-Up" but it's a fairly cozy atmosphere in the theatre. Will definitely check out some other shows here!
