Horrible customer service. You think you are paying for convenience because they give you a confirmed appt time. But it takes weeks and multiple calls to get test results. They say they will "call the lab" and call you right back. They never do. Next time I'll just go stand in line at the county. At least when they waste my time I won't also be paying for it.
