Horrible company!!! This company is used by AHS. The technician claimed to have 30 years of experience. He sent the diagnosis as the owner's fault on an ignitor switch on the cooktop. He never mentioned the control board in the diagnosis. During his visit he said the control board was fried from over heating. I thought ovens were made to withstand heat?! How does someone break an ignitor switch in the burner? That's a new one. The technician also sat in his vehicle and did not come in until I came out and asked him who he was. This place is an AHS ripoff and just wants to collect to come look at your appliances but not fix them.
