My car arrived in tatters: chassis scraping against the asphalt, a mangled crater on the driver door, a shattered headlight, and duct tape holding my side view mirror. Dennis immediately made me feel at ease, which is sometimes itself a bad sign (car dealerships anyone?) but it turned out to be well founded. When I came to pick up the vehicle a few weeks later, it looked new again. These guys DO NOT cut corners! Whatever parts they ordered are either original manufacturer stock or something indistinguishable from it. Whatever the case, I'm incredibly happy with the end result. If they can return a mangled mess like mine to pristine condition, I figure a vast majority of the repairs they do (simple dents, scrapes, etc) turn out at just as good or better. Kudos to Dennis for working with some last-minute timing on my part. He saved me a weekend without a car by driving it out front past the gates before they closed while my Lyft sped over there from a car rental center. Thanks man :)
