Staff are kind and offer good service when available and I would have like to give a better review for them. But...If you get ortho here, just know that problems with braces are common and when something happens, they have very very little ortho coverage during the week so you'll often have to wait into the next week with little options for appts or they try and send you off to north PHX. Their reservation systems are not connected either so they have to call and try to schedule you thru phone calls. Operational efficiency is very lacking and results in big frustration when I need a simple fix. Weekly ortho coverage is *really* bad.
