I had one of the worse experiences I've ever had at a firestone location. Brought in my car for an 8am appointment, checked in at 8:12am and did not get my car until 4:07pm. Apparently Tyler, the guy who checked me in did not note my appointment. I was given an estimated time for 1pm latest. But after several call ins to check on the ETA PAST my target time, I finally went to check on my car and it was still not quite ready. When I finally got my car back they forgot to do the tire rotation, no...TYLER FORGOT TO PUT IT ON... That was a whole days worth of bullshit. I am beyond pissed that Tyler who made this fuck up did not once have the decency to apologize, not even a casual "my bad" instead he left me to deal with Osbey who did not deserve my irritation or anger. Now I understand too, I went on mothers day, I understand it's busy. Fine, but there's no excuse with the lack of communication and professionalism, the lack of an honest update. Ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous. Firestone is a household name, the least of all I thought I could expect was an apology from the idiot who made the mistake. So disappointed.
