Tried the Craft Benedict, Carnitas Omelet and the Apple Cobbler Pancakes. Now let me just say, I came here with some seriously high expectations and honestly this place DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I love wholesome, made from scratch comfort foods and CRAFTkitchen most certainly serves up some of the finest there is to offer. Everything was superb, very well made and perfectly plated.
My favorite things about each dish are as follows: the thick Niman Ranch ham and the zesty citrus Hollandaise sauce made the CRAFT Benedict extra delectable, the cobbler crumble, caramel sauce, and the whipped cream were perfection on the Apple Cobbler Pancakes, and lastly my favorite things about the Carnitas Omelet were the avocado salsa and the carnitas (so sooo good together).
