My husband took our two dogs to Dirty Daisy to have them groomed and clipped. He called ahead and was told they are a cash only business. When he paid, he was told that they didn't have change. Really???? A cash only business doesn't have change? What a way to get a tip.
Another issue I had was that they couldn't clip one of my dogs nails because she was trying to bite. I would've thought this facility would have a muzzle. It can't be the first time they have run into this issue. We didn't know she was a biter though, or we would've warned the groomer.
Also, all of Dirty Daisys Craigslist ads say that they give $5 off per pet for new customers. This was never offered to my husband. But he didn't ask either (sometimes the wife just needs to do this stuff so it's done right).
On the good side of things..... My dogs were clean and soft. And the prices were pretty reasonable. Just be forewarned, have exact change and mention whatever special they have or you probably won't receive it.
