The initial service we got from this retailer was top notch, the store manager Axton was the man and got us all set up with adding my girlfriend (a new AT&T customer) to my existing AT&T wireless account. He went over everything with us on the plan, how to get insurance for it, what our bill would look like with the new changes, the works. He was great. Fast forward to Day 8 of having her new iPhone 6, my girlfriend is struggling to keep calls connected, cannot use her wired headset and people are complaining that they cannot hear her on the phone. We call the store and the girl who answers tells us that they cannot do anything for us and that we need to go to the Apple Store. After a bit of arguing (and threatening to cancel the new line) the girl tells us that the manager will be in tomorrow as well as a shipment of brand new iPhones and that they could probably do a swap out for us then. Day 10: No new iPhones. Manager instructs us that we will need to go to the Apple Store and see what they can do for us because At&T "doesn't make the phones" and that it is under the manufacturers warranty for repairs. Needless to say this was my first experience using the AT&T store for my wireless needs and it will definitely be the last. I get much better service from the Apple Store as well as the AT&T online sales team. I guess that is what we get for not waiting the two days for the new phone from ATT.com.
