Like the other woman from out of state, I go to Bella Cappelli because Kim is awesome. She gave me a great cut and was good company besides. I hope to have her cut my hair whenever I'm in C-U. I'd give her 5 stars. Unfortunately, I'm reviewing the business here, not Kim, and I can't really be supportive about a business that never answers their phone. And I mean NEVER. I had to stop by to get an appt my first time, so if you're new to the place you need to know this is the only way to reach them, You can hope for a call back, make that PRAY for a call back, but it won't happen. Kim did call me today to explain she'd been out of town, so here's the deal: there was not one person at this place who was considerate enough to spend the 10 seconds it would have taken to call and tell me that Kim was not in. Not Jean G, not Debbie Wolf, both of whom have good reviews here, Not one person. 7 days of unanswered messages? Very unprofessional. The least they could do is change the voice message to tell people when stylists are on vacation, Honestly, thiis place needs to call in Tabitha. I plan to find out who the owner is when I'm there and let them know the impression this place makes on a new client. Were it not for Kim, I would definitely not go back.
