Very unprofessional. I called to check to see if I should bring my daughter in for her follow up appointment after she had a few warts removed. The warts were not yet healed, and I was unclear if they could give her a second treatment. I never received a call back from the office staff/PA. I called again and I was told to bring her in. After arriving they promptly took my $70.00 copay. I saw the PA and was told that it was too soon to do the next treatment. That was our visit. $70.00 for the PA to tell me to come back in a few weeks. I asked the PA if my copay could be refunded and he said that since I spoke with a trained professional, it could not be refunded. Spoke with a trained professional? If the PA telling us to come back later was "speaking", he should be ashamed of himself.
