I used to love this office but since the new vet arrived I've had nothing but terrible experiences. I've been manipulated and taken advantage of. He uses scare tactics to con you into spending more money. We went in for a bump on my dogs head. Ended up doing an emergency biopsy on the nose. I asked if we could wait a few days and try some ointment. He says no and tells me all the reasons it's so urgent. My dog is a service dog and he knew how important it was for me to have him healthy. He played on my emotions. The next day he says the abrasion could be from rubbing on a blanket. $1000 later. Then the lab "lost" the sample. He agreed to refund me $191 only because while my dog was under they cleaned the bump on his head. We would not have had him put under and stay overnight to have the bump cleaned and shaved. It's been three months. Apparently the biopsy was not so urgent. I've spent 60 days and over 20 phone calls to get the $191 refunded and still nothing.
