Terrible experience before we even hired them to build! I called, was told the rep would call me back to make an appointment never happened. I called a second time got an apology and was told him would call me back. Still no call back I called a third time and was told the same thing. Ridiculously I called a fourth time and actually got an appointment set up. This morning, one hour before the appointment time of 11 o'clock I received an email cancelling the appointment. I called there and was told that they were confused. If this happens just trying to buy a pool, I can't even imagine what the building process would be like with this company.
