Cannot waste any time posting a positive review for Brakes Plus in Surprise. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Had a real problem when a couple (few) lugs snapped due to weakening when lug nuts were previously over- tightened Not good. No choice. We have to fix this. They made it good and at an extremely fair price. My mind was put to ease knowing that my car was safe to drive. They took very good care of the problem and I didn't feel "taken advantage of". What a relief! Val is excellent at taking care of the customer. And the crew actually knew what they were doing and cared that they were doing a good job!
