I made an appointment for 2:30 and got there at 2:00 to get my tire fixed. Waited until 4pm and my car was still at the parking lot not looked at yet. I got out of there at 4:30. My husband gets all his tires from there and are normally very good but this time, I wasted time to make an appointment and still waited 2-1/2 hrs. The guy that checked me out was very nice but still very angry that i waited that long. Angry customer.
