If I could just review the technicians, I would give them a 4.5. However, the facility and front desk individuals brings this rating down, way down. I had a 9am appointment, got there at 8:55. There was only one gal at the front desk...who had to "finish" what she was entering before she could check me in. Then I sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes. Once I was called back, I sat another 20+ minutes shivering because it was meat-locker cold. The gal that checked me out, was borderline rude. However, the technician was fabulous and very compassionate. Though this site is so close to home and I like the technicians, I will not be going back. I may have to find one close to work instead or go back to SMIL.
