First experience here I was excited to find a new boba place, it was a Sunday night and a half hour before the mall closed. I asked the guy for a boba drink and they were out of regular boba. He also stated that he didn't want to make any fresh either, so I had to opt for the "popping" boba. The drink was "okay" but nothing memorable. Today I stopped by and ordered a Rose Green Tea with boba. The girl was a little hesitant at first, and told me was gonna take 3 minutes. I was totally fine having to wait. After 12 minutes I receive my drink and the girl apologizes for the wait, still no problem. But, as I take a sip, I noticed the ice is completely melted, and the drink is watered down as a result. It was essentially a cup of tasteless liquid with boba at the bottom. I would of asked for a new drink but I was tight on time and had to leave. I really want to like this place but so far it hasn't done anything to impress me. This kiosk serves poor customer service and unimpressive drinks.
