I had someone insured by them hit me, and then run on the highway. I followed her, got her plates, car model, and driver description before pulling over to wait for the cops.
The girl has warrants out for her arrest and has been dodging the trooper handling the case. On top of her warrants she now has a hit and run letter.
I called the company today, and the amount of rudeness and sarcasm is quite impressive.
Never heard of them prior to this, and I can see why now.
