Carlton (I think was his name) quoted us a price over the phone and didnt charge any more once he got here. He stayed for hours until everything came up. He got out chocolate milk stains, heavily soiled stains from heavy traffic, and even lipstick. It looks better now than when we first moved in! I'll use this company everytime from now on.
