I'm growing my hair out and just wanted a trim or intermediate cut. I thought I explained this clearly to the stylist, I even showed her a picture of the style that I was ultimately aiming for, a short bob with the hair all down to ear length. I said that I didn't want my hair to be all different lengths. So what did she do? She cut the top hair short, she 'texturized' it, meaning that it's all different lengths and Instead of an undercut as discussed the bottom is boringly rounded and tapered.
I could just weep, because she shortened the top I am now months further away from my desired style. Very disappointed.
