So disappointed. I wish I could say that I received poor service, but that would imply that I'd at least received "some" service. If there were a way to give negative stars, I would. This company was assigned to come by American Home Shield when I reported a leaking drain line with my bathroom sink. I stood in the doorway of my bathroom and watched him pull the PVC pipe out of the fitting in the wall and then he announced that the drain pipe is too short and that I needed "to go after whoever installed it previously". I explained that everything is as it was when I bought the house 10 years ago....but because I recently replaced drywall in my bathroom, he assumed that the drywall installers somehow shortened the drain line on my pedestal sink! He announced He was not allowed to repair it because "it was someone else's fault" and I'd need to have a plumber come and cut into my new wall to extend the line. Wow. Just wow. No offer of a quote separate from the home warranty. Nothing helpful except to "go after" the original installer (who of course I do not know as that work was done in 2005, two years before I moved in!). Before he left I asked that he put the PVC pipe back into the fitting. He said, "I didn't take it out. It was already like that." I said, "No, I watched you pull it out." "No, I didn't." Standing in my doorway, he kept arguing with me. Finally, I told him "Get out, just get out." $100 co-pay was pre-paid so his company got theirs. I was handed a whole lot of disrespect. Strongly advise against using this company.
