I've done Yoga classes in Canada and elsewhere in the United States, and today's "Flow" class with instructor Dan Keegan was one of the best I've ever been a part of. It was both physically intense and mentally relaxing at the same time. It is clear that the instructor has a deep knowledge of Yoga in all of its multiple dimensions. As I'm pretty inflexible, the instructor would even come and support me during poses so that I wouldn't need to worry about falling over. I did a second class with a different instructor there, and it was excellent as well. Highly recommended.
