10 stars go to Marc for TRX. He is so dope. It's the only reason me and my coworkers keep going back.
The downer is we signed up for non heated classes but they feel heated due to the class before being heated. It takes a while for the class to cool down so we just take a huge break in the begining of class so we don't barf. Sucks because the class is so awesome but we are pretty heat sensitive especially working out in it. Once I see stars I have to stop. Hopefully one day there will be a designated heated room and cool room.
If Marc's classes can be cool from begining to start you will have 3 plus more office staff attending this place loyally but for now we are going to try out some other places that are cooler in temp.
