I had a very positive experience at this urgent care site on Saturday. After a week and a half of pain from an injury, I sought medical advice. I had requested at 10am appointment, fully understanding that there was no guarantee I would be seen at that time, since this is a walk-in clinic. When I arrived, there were only one other person waiting to be seen. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant. After waiting for only about 10 minutes, I saw the nurse practitioner who addressed my my medical issues completely, explaining what I had injured and what I needed to do to heal. Her manner was very professional and caring. I was at the clinic for just about a half hour, very pleased with the care that I received at this encounter.
