He had very unprofessional communication to the point of verbally badgering me during the massage and made many accusations about what I must be doing to neglect my health. His condescending arrogance was astounding. He demanded answers to many health questions and then actually accused me of not telling the truth about my exercise routine. Most would rather be interrogated by the police.
This should never happen to a client on a massage table. He is not a doctor who is equipped to diagnose and prescribe for general health conditions. I should have left the room the minute he insulted me and refused to pay him but I was in such a vulnerable position. Keep in mind a massage client is lying naked on table covered with their draping linens so I just asked him to leave my health issues to me and my doctor. The energy did then improved slightly and I agreed to continue the massage.
His skill level was highly overrated by the person referring me to him and he caused unnecessary pain to my arms due to improperly warming up my tense muscles. After I left, there were many tears from the way he treated me for the majority of the session and I remained upset for a long while afterwards.
Update: Immediately after this review has been posted, he has erroneously accused me of being a competitor or a groupon discount client. He apparenly thinks only about himself expressing dismay that my review may hurt his business and still has not ever apologized for upsetting me or offered to refund the fees paid. He insists that I meet him face to face which is again creates a very uncomfortable opportunity for him to verbally bully me. I do not intend to hurt anyone's business, rather share truth about what has been hurting me inside. Truth can help people to become aware and improve. Though, I've only seen this therapist make accusations taking a defensive stance.
