I can't say enough about this business. Professional from beginning to end. I changed out my water softener only to find the house water valve broke in the off position on a Friday afternoon Called a few plumbers but couldn't get an answer. Then I called Max Plumbing. The office person assured me they could get a tech out between 4-6pm that day (it was almost 4pm already) Got a confirm text minutes later. Ulises Castillo showed up within 20 mins, assessed the issues and installed the valve. Mostly I am impressed with his work attitude. Stayed until the job was done and done right. Double checked his work too. High recommend!!
