Amazing in this day and age that mom and pop companies step up and help a customer. In 2013 my wife and I purchased a large sectional and enjoyed the fact that we decided to purchase a non name brand product. After some time the material on a cushion had started to separate. We felt no fear because we purchased the warranty for five years. After going in circles we called the store. John was the individual we needed to speak with...he called the warranty company and in the end gave use the needed materials, a new warranty and number of a person to repair the cushion.
Fast forward the Christmas 2016. During the holiday in my recliner sofa a person pushed on the arm when getting up. The frame cracked and the arm separated. This time we felt the warranty company would fix this. After three months of the warranty company sending people and telling John that the sofa was unrepairable he finally, himself, was fed up with guardian warranty and said I can repair the sofa just let me know when. I discussed this with my spouse and we called yesterday. After 2hrs in my home the sofa has been repaired as if it never happened and the unrepairable sofa is like new. There are many places to shop but my wife and I continue to support companies that work to keep client satisfied than sell and run. Thank you to John and his staff.
