I'm surprised by eljoi's comments. Andy introduced me to "the new Micah", and he never made any derogatory comments about the new guy.
It is difficult to find affordable, expert auto service in the Charlotte area -- so I wouldn't just "drop" Almar without pursuing a remedy first. I believe my relationship with Almar and Andy is important enough that I would have called him out on it right there on the spot...not post nasty comments on one of Charlotte's rating sites.
I think you should reconsider your efforts and talk to Andy. If you don't, it really is your loss.
