I brought in 4 and then one more additional - ink cartridges to this store and the Bell Rd. Staples Store. -- Many details were left out by the cashier who assisted me with my original questions regarding their rewards program ! ! STAPLES is horrible ! They do not stand by their word when it comes to the Rewards Program ! ! - - Until the customer nearly beats themselves to death with just trying to get afew bucks from the Ink Cartridge Reward ! ! This is a scam ! ! - - on & on - - month after month just trying to receive afew bucks back after giving them old ink cartridges to re-cycle ! Can not talk to a real person on the 1- 800 number !... Finally customer makes some progress with the store mgr. until customer gets to the - totally unkind - & nasty cashier . This entire episode with Stapes was not even worth the many hours spent on the phone and / or my time trying to recover what they promised me in REWARDS ! ! duh - - I will not ever step into their crappy stores again ! FRUSTRATING ! ! Not Worth The Effort ! !
